The Infrared Sauna Experience

Unlike a traditional sauna, our infrared sauna doesn't heat the air around you. Instead, it uses infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly. Our full-spectrum sauna safely penetrates the skin to increase the body’s core temperature, resulting in a detoxifying sweat that leaves you healthier and glowing at a toasty 115 degrees fahrenheit!

Relax and rejuvenate while you rest, meditate, or read! A complimentary purifying mask is provided to boost your skin's health during your session!


Infrared therapy supports detoxification, relaxation, weight loss, pain relief, skin purification and cell health. A 15-minute sauna session can burn up to 150 calories and boost the metabolism for up to 6 hours!

How It Works (What to Expect)


  • Lay off the booze- drinking before a visit is always a no-no. Having too much alcohol the day before can make you feel extra dehydrated in the sauna!

  • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session to replenish fluids lost through perspiration. (Pro Tip: If you feel thirsty after your session you did not drink enough water beforehand!)

  • Limit food intake one hour before your infrared session. This allows the body to detox more effectively because it will not be using that energy for digestion.

  • Oil and lotion decrease perspiration by blocking pores. Therefore, it is best to enter a sauna with dry, clean skin.

  • Cell phones, water bottles (both plastic and glass), and remote controls should be kept outside of the sauna in your designated locker. This prevents items from overheating, melting, or breaking. Paper goods are safe to take inside (i.e. books and magazines). A complimentary sauna-safe bottle of water will be provided for you.

  • You will receive a designated smock provided by Solei to enhance your infrared sauna results. If you choose to forego the smock, we recommend wearing loose-fitting shorts and tank tops (no nudity please).


  • Toweling off during your session will keep the pores open for the body to perspire more.

  • To relieve sore and tight muscles, massage these areas for faster recovery.

  • Sit up straight- to really reap the benefits. This way the heaters will be directly aimed at the front and back of your body.

  • During your session, help yourself to a purifying mask from our complimentary mask bar 

  • Feel the rainbow- our sauna has nine infrared light settings to choose from! To reap the benefits of all of them during your session, instead of flicking around we recommend you sit directly under the lights and allot three to five minutes for each color that you find would benefit you the most!

  • The sauna itself will have two face towels freshly placed before each session (one to sit on and one to place your feet on) and we’ll be sure you have a full body towel to use as well. Since you are in a private room for your sauna session, you can choose to undress and just wear the towel in the sauna, wear a bathing suit, or wear workout type clothing. Most choose to just use the towel. We also will provide a cool aromatherapy washcloth to use during or after your session.

Drinking Water after Workout


  • You may want to bring some loose clothing and sandals to change into after your sauna session. 

  • Make time for a cold shower! The shower is important because sweating is one of your body’s main natural detoxification processes, and you want to wash away all that stuff you sweated out so your skin doesn’t re-absorb it.

  • Rebook and schedule based on your needs! If you’ve got sleep issues, an early evening sauna can really help you relax before bed. On the flip side, you can use an early morning visit to help you tackle the day ahead.

  • Did we mention drink water? Yeah- drink that ish!
