Cancellation Policy:
If you do not notify Solei & Co. of your appointment cancellation in result of a "no call, no show", a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. To properly ensure your appointment is cancelled, please give our spa locations a call at:

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their appointment time will be charged 50%. Cancellations due to positive Covid cases or emergency may be waived when properly notified of
appointment cancellation.
Child/Pet Policy
For the comfort of all guests and the enjoyment of your experience, we ask that you come alone, with no children or pets to your appointment.
Minor's Policy
Minors are permitted to receive services as presented below. Parent or legal guardian must be present in helping complete the Consent form for all minors for the services listed below and must be present for facial and waxing services for ages 12-15 years of age.
Minors are not permitted to receive Massage or Body Treatment Services of any kind, Dry Infrared Sauna, or Himalayan Salt Cave.
Guidelines:
Youth Facial Services: Facials are available to clients age 12+. For clients under
the age of 16, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room
during the facial. No Corrective skin treatments or Peels are not permitted on
minors under the age of 18, with the exception of Face Reality services.
Waxing Services: Waxing services above the waist are available to clients age
12+. For clients under the age of 12-16, a parent or guardian must be present in
the treatment room during the waxing service. For underarm waxing, clients
must wear a tank top and for leg waxing clients must wear shorts.
Nail Services: Natural nail services are available for clients age 12+. For clients
under the age of 12-15, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment
room during the nail service. Non-natural nails including Acrylic, Dip, & Gel X
are available for clients age 16+.
Lash Extensions: Lash extensions are available for clients age 16+.
Smoking Policy
Per Washington State Law and the comfort of all guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking any substance in any Solei & Co. building.
Product Refund:
All product returns are valid for exchange or in-store credit only within 30 days of purchase.
*Products up for exchange must be unopened unless shown proof of allergic reaction.

*Massage Series: 60, 90, 120
*Facial Series
*Peels Series

Series Rules + Regulations
*Series are valid only for the specific treatment purchased and must be used by the same person, Series cannot be shared or transferred to another.
*Series are non-refundable and non-transferable into cash, In the case where the recipient is unable to finish the series, the remaining series value will be transferred into store credit.
*Series expire 240 days from first use. In the case that your Series expires. The remaining amount will be transferred back into cash value store credit. This would result in losing the discounted peel price.
*Only one Series of the same service can be issued to a guest at a time.
*All of our series packages are performed by highly skilled estheticians and massage therapists. In the event that your regularly scheduled practitioner is not available, you can schedule your appointment with another service provider at the same level for no additional cost.
*Recipient is expected to stay with the level purchased for the entire series. Appointments made with a service provider at a higher level may be subject to additional charges. In cases where your regular service provider is no longer with Solei, you will continue your service with an esthetician or massage therapist at the same level in our level system, or higher, at no additional cost to you.
Gift Certificates:
*Gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.
*Discounted Gift Certificates cannot be used on the date of purchase.
*Gift certificates do not expire.
*Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Certificates will require an additional payment for the balance due.
