Visitor Information
Parking & Policies for non-employees of the Microsoft Campus
Visitor Responsibilities:

Visitors are requested to park only in designated parking.

All visitors must enter Microsoft facilities through the reception area of the building (if applicable)

All visitors must register at building receptionists, who then record the visitor's details onto the Guest Management System.

A temporary ID sticker will be issued, which must be clearly displayed at all times.

Visitors must possess proof of identity at all times.

Visitors must abide by the "No Photography" and "No Smoking" policies within Microsoft premises
Driving Instructions from Highway 520
-
Drive west on East Highway 520.
-
Take the Redmond exit. Proceed to the 51st St. exit.

Turn right at the stop sign onto NE 51st St.
-
At the first light, turn right onto 156th Ave. NE.

Finally, turn left onto NE 36th St.

Microsoft Building 99 parking garage will be on the right-hand side, and visitors can park in Level P1.

From the parking garage follow arrows to Buildings 8-11 West Elevators.

Go up on the elevator to Level *1.

We will be located right next to the General Store on Building 8 in the lower retail, street accessible level.

Visitor Parking Information
Microsoft provides visitor parking to provide easy access to Microsoft buildings for its customers, clients, and guests/ Visitor parking areas are marked with signage. The following policies apply to visitor parking areas:

All Microsoft employees and external staff must make sure that their visitor(s) immediately register their vehicle with a building lobby host.

Please have your vehicle’s information details ready for the lobby host: license plate, car make, car model, year, and color.

If your car is new and does not have a license plate number, the lobby host will input “NEW” as the license plate.

If no visitor parking stalls are available, visitors may park in one of the general parking stalls traditionally reserved for Microsoft employees and contingent staff.

Overnight parking for visitors is prohibited. Visitor parking registration is electronic and only valid for the current calendar day and will be deleted at 3:00 AM PST the following day.
