Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients

Perform in-depth consultations before treatments to provide the highest level of care

Direct guests on aftercare protocols

Manage a professional social media page to attract new clients, and engage and educate existing clients

Work the Summit system for goal setting

Keep a clean and stocked room, abide by all Company sanitation practices
-
Acknowledge and respond to guest questions, needs and expectations
-
Suggest and promote add-on services, upgrades, and retail products
-
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
-
Always act as part of a high performing team, giving and receiving feedback willingly
-
Learn new modalities and treatments as instructed by the Company

Maintain Washington State licensing

Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends

Adhere to the Company’s dress standards
